Mitigator Ford Fusion finishes third after leading 52 laps at the Racing Electronics 250

I’ve never been accused of sandbagging before, but this weekend the entire Gibson Motorsports crew was. The Mitigator Ford Fusion showed up at the newly rennovated half-mile and was pretty far off the pace on fridays practice session. We could only muster up the 16th best time on fridays practice session. But Saturday was a different story. We showed up Saturday morning and completely went through the car and with help from our crew got the car where she was handeling pretty good in the saturdays practice sessions. We finished practice with the 7th best time and felt like we had a pretty good car.

After a few more adjustments it was time for qualifying.

You can tell from the video that the car was a dream to drive. We ended up qualifying 4th for the event.

Once the green flag fell on the event, we quickly jumped out front and the Mitigator Ford Fusion led the first 52 laps of the event before surrendering the lead to come to pit road for tires and fuel. We tried our best to make a run back to the front and almost pulled it off. We worked our way back to second place with about 25 laps to go. But the car just wasn’t the same as it was earlier in the race. The track had cooled down a little bit and we were just to tight to be able to run with Clay Rogers. We ended up finishing third. But all in all it was a great way to start out the year. Up next the Mitigator Ford will be traveling to New Smyrna Speedway in New Smyrna beach, Florida on April 17th in hopes to continue the momentum.  Don’t Forget to checkout our Extreme Sports Blog where we are going to be posting a couple more videos and pictures from the event.

MitigatorInc a Success at the Performance Racing Industry Show in Orlando

Well, it was a great show in Orlando at the Performance Racing Industry Show/Expo this year.  We got to meet many people involved with NASCAR, Monster Trucks, and overall racing enthusists.  John Gibson of Team Mitigator and Gibson Motorsports came to visit along with his #13 Ford Fusion, and was available for autographs, pictures, and overall discussions of what its like to be a USAR Pro.

MitigatorInc also setup a demo to allow you to feel the benefits of the Mitigator and it proved to be a very effective demonstration.  We had many people/Teams interested in implementing our product in their race cars so we were pretty busy gathering information to ship out product.

Our Factory is currently shut down for the holidays, but if you would like to have a sample shipped to you for your evaluation, please email us thru the contact button and we will be sure to get you out the worlds most advanced Shock Absorption system for your evaluations.

All of us here at MitigatorInc and Seasgroup Inc would like to wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.  Please be safe during this Holiday Season!
