On June 14-16 MitiGatorinc.com will be on hand at the Multi-Agency Craft Conference (MACC). During the conference on June 14th MitiGatorinc.com will be presenting at the Medal of Honor room at 2pm. Exhibitors and event attendees will be presented with the latest in shock mitigation: The MitiGator Cushioning System! Attendees of the conference will be shown how the MitiGator is designed to absorb and dissipate the energy from impacts and vibrations.

The primary focus of the MACC is the dialog between the Department of Defense and other government agencies on common issues unique to boats and craft in their service. The types of craft discussed range from Army & Navy service craft to Navy and Coast Guard patrol boats to Naval Special Warfare and Marine Corps combatant craft. Craft types include RIB’s, patrol and insertion craft, landing craft, utility craft and special purpose craft.

MitiGatorinc.com will have a busy month of May, as we will also be displaying the MitiGator Cushioning System on May 17th – May 19th at the 2011 Special Operations Forces Industry Conference in Tampa, Florida. Last week we posted a blog talking about MitiGator for marine applications. We mentioned that we have outfitted the MitiGator Powerboat with the MitiGator Cushioning System, but one thing we wanted to stress was you didn’t have to have a powerboat to experience the results that MitiGator can give you.

Well today we received even more proof of this from our friends at Premier Performance Interiors in Florida. They had recently outfitted a offshore charter boat with the MitiGator Cushioning System and the owner of the boat decided to write us after one trip out on the water. Here’s his letter below:

Thank you for the quick work getting the new helm cushions made and sent to me. Ran it today in good chop ~25mph winds and the ride with Mitigator is very impressive. I will have a better feel in the next few weeks as I plan to fish quite a bit in Louisiana during April, but really expect it to be the ticket to running the heavier stuff.

The 21st annual New York Super Boat Grand Prix might be the biggest Superboat race ever.

2011 will mark the tenth anniversary for the tragic September 11th attacks that we all remember. The offshore powerboat association will be joining forces with Super Boat International for one event in 2011. The event will be held on September 10th on the Hudson River. What makes this particular race exciting is the fact that the event will start  at the Statue of Liberty. With the merger of the two series for this event, it has the potential to be one of the biggest events ever.

Baring any bad luck throughout 2011, the MitiGator powerboat will be at this event to honor the 2001 victims and families. Last year MitiGatorinc.com honored the victims with a special paint scheme on the MitiGator Ford Fusion that raced at Bristol Motor Speedway.

The MitiGator powerboat has been outfitted with the MitiGator cushioning system to protect driver Warren Miller from the rough impacts that the waves of the sea can create. A lot of visitors to this blog and even some of the regulars may never click on the about the MitiGator section on our website. Which means you’ve heard the name MitiGator and you’ve came across our website, but you don’t know what it is.
